Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing selinaparker.com, diagnostic.selinaparker.com, associationarchitecture.com, or purchasing any service offered through these platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use these services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Selina Parker and Association Architecture Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Services Offered
We offer the following services through this platform:
- Association Architecture Institutional Diagnostic — a 28-question behavioral assessment producing an 18-page scored report across four architectural pillars. Priced at $1,200.
- Diagnostic Debrief Session — a 60-minute consulting session interpreting diagnostic results and providing architectural recommendations. Priced at $500.
- Executive Briefing — a complimentary 45-minute strategy conversation available to qualified association leaders.
- Consulting Engagements — custom organizational design engagements scoped and priced individually.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for the Institutional Diagnostic and Diagnostic Debrief is collected at the time of purchase through our payment processor. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes do not apply to purchases already made.
4. Refund Policy
Please review our Refund Policy for complete terms. In summary: diagnostic reports are custom digital deliverables generated specifically for each purchaser. All sales are final once report generation has been initiated. Debrief sessions that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
Association Architecture™ is the proprietary intellectual property of Selina Parker, held by Association Architecture Institute LLC. All content on this site — including but not limited to the diagnostic instrument, report framework, pillar definitions, maturity model, and all written content — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
Purchasing a diagnostic report grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that report for internal organizational purposes only. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or used as the basis for derivative commercial products.
6. Nature of Services — Not Professional Licensure
The services provided through this platform are organizational design and consulting services. They do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, psychological services, therapy, or any other licensed professional service. See our Disclaimer for full details.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client organizational information shared through the diagnostic and consulting process as confidential. We do not share, publish, or reference client-specific information without express written permission. We may reference engagements in aggregate or anonymized form for educational and thought leadership purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selina Parker and Association Architecture Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our recommendations. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in a revised effective date.
